Please read terms of use BELOW before using any of these sets

These sets are LINKWARE and are not for sale
In order to use them ... you MUST agree to the following:

No alterations what-so-ever are to be made to these graphics.
That is to say ... no resizing, no cropping/cutting, no mixing with
other sets etc. Do not alter the color, add borders, frames or
other images ... i.e. your own titles, banners etc.
If you require something additional i.e. other title/banner ...
please contact me, and perhaps I can accomodate you.

You do not have to use all parts of the set when not required.
Also, you do not have to use the same layout, as I have used.
Should you wish to use the same layout as you find here ...
you may copy the code from my source.
If you are having problems, and need some help ...
contact me and I'll try to be of some assistance to you.

The logo for Incinn Graphics must be placed on ALL pages
that use any of these graphics and linked back to this site:

Also, should you find any artists work here
you must link back to the artist.

Under no circumstances are these sets to be used to make new
graphics or copied in any other way what-so-ever.

Absolutely no SELLING or SHARING of these graphics.
This means that you may not put any of the files up
on your site/server, and then offer them for download or sell them.

You absolutely may not claim these graphics as your own creation

DO NOT LINK DIRECTLY TO THESE GRAPHIC PIECES.
THIS CONSTITUTES BANDWIDTH STEALING!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY THE TILES OR GRAPHICS
BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE

Right click the tiles and graphics, and save to your own hard drive.
Should an image not open/display for you ... right click over it ...
then click 'show picture' ... should it still not appear ... email me
with the required image/s info, and I will send it/them to you.
Unfortunately, I am not presently offering 'zip' files.
However, I will be doing so in the very near future.

These graphics (or any parts of sets) may NOT
be used on any site containing nudity,
pornographic material, animal/child/abuse/racism etc.
They are to be used on/for FAMILY-FRIENDLY websites only.

You may not use any of the sets or files for email stationary,
signature tags, newsgroups, message boards etc.
This constitutes illegal redistribution.

These images/page sets, are not public domain!
